20-30 г медаはちみつの20から30グラム
100 г свежей клубники или смородины 100グラム新鮮なイチゴやスグリ
50 г творога 50グラムのチーズ
50 г печенья 50グラムのビスケット

Ягоду растереть с творогом и медом.クリームチーズ、蜂蜜とヤーゴダこする。 Печенье размять до крошки.クッキーパン粉までこねる。 На батон нанести получившуюся сладкую массу и сверху посыпать крошкой.バトン甘いと振りかけるパン粉の結果、大量発生します。
