6 л забродившего варенья, 3 кг сахара, 200 г дрожжей. 6リットルの発酵ジャム、3キロ、砂糖、200グラムの酵母。

200 г дрожжей 200酵母のg

Варенье и сахар развести в 25 л теплой воды, влить разведенные дрожжи.ジャムと砂糖の暖かい水の25リットルで希釈し、希釈した酵母を注ぐ。 Настаивать в теплом месте (температура не менее 20 град.) 3-5 суток, перегнать.暖かい場所で（温度は20℃未満のインフューズ。）3-5日、上回っている。 Выход - 7-9 л.出力- 7.9リットル。
