У меня вот такой вопрос:сын прописал в доме свою жену, ответственный квартиросъемщик я. I now this question: son prescribed in the house of his wife, I am responsible tenant. А сейчас я хочу ее выписать. And now I want her to write. Возможно ли это? Is this possible?

Уважаемая Светлана! Dear Svetlana! Если квартира муниципальная то практически нет, если супруга Вашего сына постоянно проживает в Вашей квартире, то признать ее утратившей право пользования невозможно. If the apartment is virtually no municipal, if the spouse of your son resides in your apartment, then admit it has lost the right to use is impossible. Если квартира приватизированная то в этом случае возможно (п.4 ст.31 ЖК РФ). If the apartment privatized in this case is possible (paragraph 4 of Article 31 of the LC RF).
