Если у Вас есть бесспорные доказательства внесения Вами за квартиру 550 тыс., то безусловно Вы имеете право на увеличенную до 2/3, например, долю в праве общей совместной собственности. Если у Вас они отсутствуют, то в этом случае на Вашей стороне ребенок, суд может выйти за пределы равенства долей супругов.
