Предстоящая зима не только у нас, но и на всей планете будет самой теплой за последние 150 лет, сообщил глава Гидрометцентра России Роман Вильфанд.The upcoming winter is not only here but on the whole planet will be the warmest in 150 years, said the head of Hydrometeorological Center of Russia Roman Vilfand.
По словам Вильфанда, прошлогодние морозы - просто исключение из общей тенденции потепления, так как последние три года средняя температура воздуха зимой на планете неуклонно повышается - примерно от 0,9 до 1,3 градуса в год.
