Президент РФ Владимир Путин сегодня подписал Федеральный закон «О внесении изменений в статью 62 Федерального закона «О государственной социальной помощи», принятый Госдумой 1 ноября и одобренный Советом Федерации 15 ноября, сообщает пресс-служба Президента России.President Vladimir Putin today signed the Federal Law "On Amendments to Article 62 of the Federal Law" On State Social Assistance ", adopted by the State Duma on 1 November and approved by the Federation Council on 15 November, the press office of President of Russia.
Данный закон принят с целью повышения эффективности лечения и качества оказания медицинской помощи социально незащищенным категориям граждан – об этом говорится в справке к документу. Согласно подписанному сегодня закону расширен перечень предоставляемого гражданам набора социальных услуг, в него включены изделия медицинского назначения и специализированные продукты лечебного питания для детей-инвалидов с тяжелыми заболеваниями. Также закон предусматривает создание перечня лекарственных средств, назначаемых по решению врачебных комиссий лечебно-профилактических учреждений, перечня изделий медицинского назначения и перечня специализированных продуктов лечебного питания для детей-инвалидов. The law also provides for a list of medicines, appointed by decision of the medical commissions of health care institutions, a list of medical products and a list of special products of dietetic therapy for children with disabilities.Эти перечни будут формироваться в соответствии со стандартами медицинской помощи. These lists will be formed in accordance with the standards of care.
