Faire frire dans l'huile végétale. Натереть на терке сыр и растереть с чесноком. Râper le fromage et le frotter avec l'ail. На остывшие ломтики баклажанов положить сырную смесь, веточку петрушки и свернуть рулетики. Sur les tranches d'aubergines refroidi à mettre le mélange de fromage, un brin de persil et des rouleaux de tour.
