200 г швейцарского сыра瑞士奶酪200克
2 яйца鸡蛋2个
соль盐
перец胡椒
1/4 стакана сметаны 1 / 4杯酸奶

Швейцарский сыр натереть на мелкой терке.瑞士奶酪炉排。 Яйцо сварить вкрутую, измельчить, добавить сметану, посолить, поперчить и перемешать до однородной массы.库克煮鸡蛋，印章，加酸奶油，盐和胡椒，搅拌至光滑。 Добавить швейцарский сыр и размешть.加入瑞士奶酪和razmesht。 Перед подачей к столу рекомендуется немного охладить.在餐桌前，服务，建议将略有降温。 Украсить оливками.装饰用橄榄。
