1 кг мясных костей 1公斤牛肉骨头
30 г топленого сала 30克猪油
50 г пшеничной муки 50克小麦面粉
200 г томат-пюре 200克番茄酱
100 г моркови 100克胡萝卜
50 г репчатого лука 50克洋葱
30 г корня петрушки 30克香菜根
25 г сахара 25克糖
70 г маргарина 70克人造黄油
100 г вина (Мадера) 100克的葡萄酒（马德拉岛）

В готовый красный соус добавить вино (Мадеру), довести до кипения (также можно использовать портвейн и красные вина).在准备好红酱油，加酒（马德拉岛），把煮沸（你也可以使用端口和红酒）。
